Jennifer told James, "you should have never put the video online (of her friend the former judge) admitting to accepting perjury.

She then refused to allow James or Johnny (the children's grandad) to testify at an emergency custody hearing. The hearing was an attempt to remove James' children from an abusive meth-house. After the hearing, she went straight to her office and called to conspire with Judge Henschel. She also called the police and proceeded to conspire with Officer Travis Counts. Together they filed a false police report against James.

Jennifer claimed that James threatened to hire the "Iron Horsemen" (a motorcycle club notorious for protecting children "vigilante-style" in KY's past) she also claimed that he went to the Paducah Bank and was standing behind her car.

  • Jennifer Peeler called James and he explained to her that he had not threatened her - had no intentions to - just minutes before she filed a false police report.
  • James possed ample evidence to show, how the Sheriff was using his children to help make a sting-meth-house look less like a sting operation,
  • James asked the Sheriff to remove his children from his "sting-house - the sheriff refused,
  • Social services continually committed perjury, how the
  • The previous Judge continually accepted perjury and admitted so,
  • New judge continually refuses to allow James to testify (James has yet to testify through numerous hearings,
Anonymous Critic:
"What if Jennifer saw someone and just thought it was you?"
"What if Jennifer was misled by the Deputy and was made to believe that your statement about protecting your children was aimed at her specifically?"

It was explained to Jennifer before she filed the false report that if James hired anyone it would be to protect his children from Billy Waynick in the event James wasn't there to handle it himself. Besides Jennifer can find enough evidence on this site to realize that the comments that James made weren't geared at her and that James wasn't near the Paducah Bank during that small time frame.  Jennifer is an Attorney if Jennifer wanted to do the right thing she would file a motion to reverse James' Alford plea and request that the charge is dropped.

Jennifer Peeler

Atty. Jennifer Peeler conspires with Officer Travis Counts - to make a false arrest against James Samples

The alleged "intimidating" took place at Atty. Jennifer Peeler's former office, located at the Paducah Bank.  The time of the alleged crime was 5:00 - 5:45 p.m.

Jennifer, the other participants, and even the judge seem panicked at the thought of James recording their child-endangering, rights-violating mock trial. Unfortunately, for Jennifer, that's not all that got recorded.

At 4:36:00 p.m. Johnny (Granddad) tells the judge, "no we don't have any rights, I couldn't even testify"

At  4:36:30 p.m. James, advises the judge that he has all the videos, audios...  (James is upset - he's the Dad with terabytes of information regarding his children being stuck in an abusive-meth-house). The Sheriff, Social Workers... were responsible therefore James never gets to testify.

At 4:37:00 p.m. Judge says that she finds the risk of harm but she is not removing the child (actually children) from the Sting-Meth-House. After all, who suspects that it's a sting operation with little children in the middle?

At 4:37:09 p.m. Jennifer Peeler ask the Judge "can we make it where he doesn't get a copy of this?"

At 4:40 - 5:20 p.m. At the back of the courtroom and in the hall outside of the courtroom James was upset about not being able to testify...  carries on a conversation with an unknown attorney and Deputy Mark Roberts. James addresses how poorly the court operates, how it's not right that one day he may have to hurt Deputy to protect children because the corrupt court pits law-abiding loving dads and law enforcement officers against one another. James also stated that  James never mentioned "Jennifer Peeler".

At 5:23 p.m Johnny Samples starts the car. Johnny, Jeannie (James' parents) and James pulled away from the courthouse. As witnessed by Deputy Mark Roberts.

At 5:37 p.m Johnny, Jeannie, and James arrive at the Hendron Lone Oak Elementary School. James briefly visits with the children and wants to take them with him.

The corresponding points in the courtroom video and James' continuous audio recording, as well as, Google Timeline were used to establish exact times.

5:00 - 5:45 p.m. time of the alleged crime.

At 5:49 p.m. Dispatch receives a call from Jennifer Peeler stating that James had made a verbal threat and was at the at the Paducah Bank intimidating her.

Also at 5:49 p.m. James and his parents arrive at the Berkeley International Airport. Johnny rents a car. James starts driving his mother and Johnny takes a rental car. en route to the Cracker Barrel

At approx. 5:59 p.m. Jennifer calls the Judge and then the Police.

At 6:09 p.m. James and his mother arrives at the Cracker Barrel.

At 6:09 p.m. Jennifer Peeler calls Jeannie >> Jeannie uses her speaker phone and therefore is picked up by James' recording device, that's still running<<. While on the phone Jennifer says that she knows that James threatened her with a "motorcycle gang".
1.) Jennifer finds out that James is with his parents on the other side of town,
2.) James assures her that any comments regarding "motorcycle gangs for-hire" or anything else would be used to protect his children against Billy Waynick in the event James is unavailable to protect his children himself.

At 6:10 p.m. On the phone, Jennifer lies to James claiming that she was presented with a clean drug screen. It was later revealed that James was the only person in the children's lives that was required to take a drug screen.

At 6:15 - 7:30 p.m. Officer Travis Counts arrived at the Paducah Bank and took a statement from Jennifer Peeler who told him that James, threatened her with a motorcycle gang and had been standing behind her car to intimidate her.
